Hello, I’m Jiho, a product designer with a background in sales.

I have always been deeply curious about human behaviour. I often wondered why people act the way they do in certain situations, and became increasingly interested in how design could help meet unspoken needs and improve everyday experiences.

While working at LGU+, I noticed that many customers were frequently confused during the cancellation process. The existing brochure was overly complicated and difficult for users to follow, so I redesigned it to make the information clearer and more accessible. Through this experience, I realised how much impact thoughtful, user-centred communication could have. I was fully engaged in the process and found great satisfaction in making something genuinely helpful.

In my sales role, I also enjoyed identifying customers’ problems and providing tailored solutions. These experiences gradually led me to the field of UX. To build practical skills and deepen my understanding, I joined a UX bootcamp and began formalising my design practice.

This portfolio reflects my journey. It is shaped by real-life experiences, thoughtful curiosity, and a sincere desire to create designs that truly serve people.
